HFA Basketball Training Camp + American West Coast Cultural Tour

Coach Rle Nichols, who has been working with the Muses Institute for a long time, is a leading figure. As a senior consultant of the “Dream Team” U.S. National Olympic Men’s Basketball Team, he has coached for more than half a century, covering all levels and age groups. He is a master of the essence of American basketball.  More than half of the Chinese men’s basketball team are his children (including the star Yao Ming). From preschool to professional team, he has worked hard for half a century. His coaching experience makes him well known as the “coach” of coaches.

Coach Nichols personally designed the HFA youth high-intensity basketball training summer camp for the Muses Institute in the past, providing our campers with a rare opportunity to experience 1-week/2-week American basketball training life.

On both sides of the Grand Canyon are red giant rock with jagged rock formations, which can be called uncanny workmanship.

In the afternoon, head to Bryce Canyon, a huge natural amphitheater formed by erosion along the east side of the Ponshagunt Plateau. Its unique geographical formations, called hoodoos, are formed by wind, water and ice erosion from rivers, and sedimentary rocks from lake beds. The red, orange and white rocks inside form a unique natural landscape, so it is known as the palace of natural stone figurines.

Driving about 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon to Zion National Park, known as the emperor’s temple.

After 13 million years of scouring and erosion by the river, the rock walls on both sides of the river have risen 2,000 feet, standing proudly between the sky and the earth.  The huge chessboard mountain oncoming seems to be the end game between heaven and earth.  Take a section of the Indian ancient plank road,  and get in close contact with the sedimentary rocks that have stood for tens of thousands of years.
