Based on the principle of reciprocal benefits and collaborations, Muses Institute (Party A) and Rosemead College (Party B) reach the following agreements:
- Both parties agree to make concerted efforts to expand student recruitment in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Asia;
- Both parties agree to make concerted efforts for non-English speaking immigrants to study English language;
- Both parties agree to work together on summer and winter camps held for international students;
- Both parties agree to work on exploration of educational market.
The liaison between Party A and Party B is Lei Chen, Educational Administrator of Muses Institute.
Rosemead College is a post-secondary school approved and authorized by the US federal government to recruit foreign students, and can issue SEVIS I-20 US student visas.
